Mould spots throughout fridge and freezer which we needed to clean before we could use. Has to remove all shelve parts and wash. Handover was t really adequate and werent explained everything we needed to know. Inside van was dusty and a bit dirty. Tv / satellite didnt work. Werent allowed to use appliances. Dirty stained old chair cushions. Chix under sink was used and not new. Quite a few cobwebs inside and out. Werent shown how to empty toilet canister, how to set up tv properly or use dryer . Couldnt get any gpos to work.

Great van with ample room. Was unhappy to pay a service charge of $75 which covers cleaning and wear/tear maintenance when the van required internal cleaning before we could use. Due to a change in the handover date, there was limited knowledge available for beginner van users making some things a challenge. Suggested some cheat sheets to the owner on how to use the TV, fill water tanks etc would be a good inclusion for future hirers.

This van is very comfortable and there is nothing else you would want, it has everything. Colin and his wife were wonderful
