ESSENTIAL INFORMATION - Sleeps 2 (single beds), plus a toddler size bed, optional porta cot and ground mattress - Additional outside accommodation options available on request - Delivery available, depending on location and hire length, or pick up from Nambeelup (right off the Kwinana Freeway in between Mandurah and Pinjarra - Towing specifics are detailed above, please ensure your vehicle is capable of towing this caravan - Large Sedan, SUV, 4x4, or Large 4x4 required to tow (see specific towing details above for van weights), if you are unsure if your vehicle can tow this van just let us know what you are driving (make model, and year) in your booking request and we will check into it for you - 3 day minimum hire - Minimum hirer age is 25 due to our insurance coverage - An electric brake controller is provided - Pets are considered upon request - This van is not suitable for off-road (corrugated rutted or un-made roads) or any beach usage at all. - Short gravel roads (in and out of camp etc) will be considered, please mention this in your booking request to ensure you are covered. - This caravan is available for pick-up from Nambeelup at a mutual time arranged between us (right off the Kwinana Freeway in between Mandurah and Pinjarra) CLEANING - The caravan will be cleaned before departure. It is expected that it will be cleaned to the same standard before return inside and out. - All cooking surfaces and equipment, crockery, pots, pans, and utensils are to be left as clean as they were, prior to departure. - If you aren't able to or don't want to clean the van, we have a cleaning option you can select as an optional extra and we can take care of this for you. - We ask that all hirers please take care of our van as they would if it was their own. This way, it can be kept in great condition for future hires and our own use! SERVICE CHARGE Our service charge covers: mattress protectors washing and changeover, replacement starter pantry items, toilet chemicals, toilet paper, gas, cleaning supplies, and sundries, as well as time taken for stocking, checks, inspections, inventory, delivery, and handover. Due to the work involved, unfortunately this can't be discounted. CARVAN SERVICING & SAFETY We keep up regular servicing on the van and a thorough inspection for cleanliness is performed after every trip to make sure the van is in tip-top shape for every hire. OPTIONAL HIRE EQUIPMENT We have a fair amount of optional additional gear available for hire with the caravan, see our accessories listing when you make your booking request for further details. If you need something else in particular, please let us know! LINEN INFORMATION - Mattress protectors/mattress toppers will be supplied for each trip and must be used. - These will be removed on return of the caravan and washed on completion of your hire, included as part of the service charge. - We can supply a "Full Linen" service, including additional flat sheets, duvets/doonas, pillow slips & towels at an extra charge which also includes us washing and, stripping and remaking the beds for all of the additional linen. BOOKING INFORMATION -Please book early and once your booking is approved, look to secure your booking by making payment of your deposit within 48 hours of your booking request being approved. Camplify WILL automatically cancel the booking if not paid.

Hiring rules

• NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking/vaping in or around the caravan, including the annex.
• OFF ROAD USE: No off road or beach driving. Driving on unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing (via Camplify Messages) before the trip begins.
• GAS: Gas to be returned full – the gas is a swap and go.
• AWNING: The awning must be packed away before bad weather arises, please monitor the forecast.
• CLEANING: The caravan must be returned cleaned inside and out; otherwise, a cleaning fee will be applied. The toilet must be cleaned and the tank emptied, or a toilet cleaning fee will apply. We can clean for you please see additional fees.
• COOKING: If cooking inside the caravan, all cooking surfaces (including the inside of the oven (if used)) and utensils must be thoroughly cleaned.
• BBQ The BBQ must be cleaned prior to return.
• PETS: Pets only upon application.
• AGE: Hirer age restriction of 25 years old I'm sorry, the insurance does not cover below this age limit.
• PICKUP/DROPOFF: times are made by prior arrangement during the booking application.
• TRAVELLING: No loose equipment, furniture, luggage, or other goods that might cause damage whilst the caravan is in transit are to be transported inside the caravan at any time.
• HANDOVER INSPECTIONS: Before departure and on the return of the caravan, the Hirer must complete the handover inspection and checklist with the owner. Please allow time for this.
• DAMAGE: Any damage must be reported immediately – who, what, where and when will be required for insurance purposes. All such items must otherwise be secured within the towing vehicle.
• If an accident occurs, pull over to a safe space if possible, stay safe and call Camplify on 02 4075 2000 – they will advise how to call roadside assistance. Then call me!
• The required deposits must be paid within 48 hours of booking approval, or your booking can be cancelled.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
