Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

John 5.0Kate was great to deal with right from the start. the van is great van - very organised and well looked after we would definately hire this van again.
Ryan 5.0Great van for our family of 4 and we had an awesome trip. Everything was clean, worked as it should and had everything we needed, with a special mention to the ice maker.
Warwick 5.0Great van. Beds were comfortable and the, sheets were clean. Plenty of cutlery, plate, cups etc. The van also comes with an ice machine that got a lot of use. Few issues with the toilet but nothing that would stop us from hiring it again. All in all was a great van and very happy to recommend. Kate was great to communicate with and handover was a breeze.
