Hollie will be clean for your departure, we expect her to be returned in the same condition. If you aren't able or don't want to clean we do have a "clean the van" option you can select as an extra. Your towing vehicle needs a 2.5T or greater towing capacity. Toilet MUST be emptied/cleaned before return, failure to do so will result in a toilet cleaning charge of $250.00. Please take care of Hollie like your own van. Should any damage occur whilst away please notify us ASAP so we can get best possible fix/repair for next Hirer organised. Please make sure to read Camplify T&C's with regards to damage. Service charge covers does not cover gas/water or pantry items. It only covers toilet chemicals, paper and cleaning supplies etc. Strictly no off road use-bitumen roads only (GPS tracking device fitted to monitor). This van is regularly serviced throughout the year and is in very good condition. If you require an 10amp adaptor, we provide one free of charge.

  Excellent Van. It was our first time renting a caravan and it was a great option for our recent 4 night stay (two adults and two small children). The van was a good size, not too big and not too small. Plenty of storage space. Frances was very patient with us during pickup and explained how everything worked. We would rent this van again and highly recommend.

  Being a family with 3 kids under 12, we had an excellent time in Hollie! The van was well presented, loads of features and was very comfortable and spacious for us. Frances was excellent with her communication and the handover processes were a breeze! We will definitely be looking out for Frances and Home Away Hollie for our next caravan holiday!!
