Please keep in mind that we are a working family with 2 school aged children, therefore pick up must happen before 8 am on schooldays and drop off after 4 pm, but not later than 6. School holidays and weekends are a bit more flexible. We allow Up to 200 km/day. 50c for each extra km.

Hiring rules

  • 1. Flushed toilet waste goes into cassette waste tank that is accessible from exterior compartment. Cassette waste tank must be empty and rinsed out prior to dropoff. If this is not done, an additional cleaning cost of $50.00 will apply. Thank you for your understanding.
  • 2. Microwave and heating system only operate when connected to 240v power.
  • 3. Gas Bottle: 1 x 9kg and 1 x 4kg bottle located in the exterior compartment on the driver's side of the vehicle. Please ensure it is in 'OFF' position when driving.
  • 4. MUST DO’s before driving:
  • close all windows, to avoid wetting mattresses
  • OPEN overhead blackout curtain
  • secure all curtains, toilet door, overhead bed
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Had a great time, motorhome had everything you could possibly need. Main Bed was really comfortable and the air-con was a godsend. Would highly recommend this motorhome. Looking forward to dealing with this owner again.
