Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Andrew 5.0I made the van request on the same day we were travelling because of disorganisation at our end. Brenton replied within minutes despite being at work himself and arranged to deliver the van and set it up for us later that arvo. It doesnt get much better than that. The van was perfect for our family of 4. It lasted the 6 days without power and we topped up with town water every few days. The kids slept better than they do at home and the beds were really comfy. The BBQ was handy and the internal stove and grill worked well. The diesel heater came in handy on a few of the cold mornings .
