Your car will need to be rated to 3.5T towing capacity. 12 pin trailer plug and electric brake controller must also be installed or the hirer will need to arrange another compatible device. 2 x Anderson plugs are advised but not required. All hirers will be required to test connect their vehicle prior to collecting the van.

Additional information
We're happy to help by delivering the van to your holiday destination. Happy to discuss any camping arrangement even off grid providing it meets our criteria. **NOTE** This is a long van - 21.6ft (body length), 8.5m overall length (Spare tyre to draw bar) and 3.1m high. When booking your site at a caravan park you will need to let them know the above as it won't fit on every site. Longer bookings accepted please advise and we can work out a discounted daily rate for you. GPS Tracking - Reminder as per the listing our van is tracked via GPS for compliance and insurance purposes.
Hiring rules
- • Caravan to be returned in the same clean state it was given this includes cleaning any items provided. $150.00 cleaning fee applies if it's returned excessively dirty (cleaning gear is provided)
- • Toilet cassette must be returned empty ($250.00 fee applies if returned full)
- • Report any damage no matter how minor, we understand accidents happen from time to time. Information such as who, what, when and where will be required
- • No smoking allowed in or around the caravan (which includes under awning/annex area)
- • No campfires near the caravan. Smoke Fees and professional cleaning costs apply if it comes back smelling like smoke
- • Awning must be packed away each night, if the van is left unattended and if strong wind is forecast
- • No pets allowed on the beds or lounge suite and are not to be left unattended inside the van
- • Caravan MUST be locked and all windows/roof hatches shut if left unattended
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
