We can drop off, fully set up and pick up the van for your convenience for a fee. Mattress Protectors will be provided and must be used. You are welcome to bring your own bedding/linen/sleeping bags or you can hire linen from us for a fee. Linen Hire includes: 2 x Queen Sized Doonas, covers and sheet sets 2 x Single Sized Doonas, covers and sheet sets 6 Pillows 6 towels and a bath mat

Hiring rules

  • No Smoking in or around Van
  • No Pets
  • Leave van in the same condition as when hired
  • Toilet to be emptied and thoroughly cleaned
  • Mattress Protectors will be provided and must be used
  • Report all damages no matter how minor you think it is
  • Range Hood Must Be Used When Cooking Inside
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We had a great time in Damiens Expanda. It is brand new and definitely lived up to our expectations. Damien was a great host, and was prompt with responses to any of my questions over the long weekend. Id happily hire this van again.
