A cosy little self-contained caravan with a full bathroom and separate shower and toilet. No wet bathroom! Great accommodation for a couple or two singles, the van is light and easy to tow in the beautiful Yarra Valley and beyond. As a UK caravan it is well-designed and there is full visibility through the van from the towing car rear vision mirror. Set up is quick and simple and it is possible for someone in good physical condition to even manoeuvre the van manually to position it just right for relaxing and enjoying the views! Windows all around let the sunlight stream in but there are blinds and fly screens if you need a bit of separation from the elements. To make it even easier, we can deliver it to Warburton Holiday Park or Doon Reserve Caravan Park and set it up for you (if you have a private address in the local Warburton area we can also deliver it there. At this point in time we do not deliver to further afield). By day the van is bright and airy and by night the blinds come down and the wall sconce lights make the space warm and inviting. A ceramic heater is supplied with the van. It has a battery and a water pump so can even operate off-grid for short periods of time. Please be aware that the van is an older model and not a luxury style van. It's clean, cosy and in good condition! A great budget accommodation option in the Yarra Valley. If we are doing a DELIVERY we will need to do a handover so we can check your license so it would be great if you could tell us when you submit the booking request WHAT TIME you will be arriving. (NB: Regarding a review mentioning maintenance, this was in reference to a guest unfortunately experiencing a severe storm and a leak coming through the skylight into the kitchen. This has since be re-fibreglassed and no longer leaks)

Hiring rules

  • No smoking in the van or near the entrance of the van.
  • Kindly empty the cassette toilet at a caravan dump point or at a public toilet before returning the van.
  • $50.00 for Deliver option to Warburton Holiday Park, Doon Reserve Caravan Park or private addresses in the Warburton area
  • Please let us know what time you will be picking up the caravan or arriving at the delivery location when you make the booking we must do the handover in person and see your license so that we can complete the Camplify prehire checklist
  • No delivery option available for outside of the Warburton and Yarra Junction area
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Jane delivered the van to our campsite, beds were comfortable, lovely having hot water as there was no electricity at the site - overall we really enjoyed our stay

    Janes caravan was so sweet, comfortable and clean. Everything was provided for. Most importantly this: my daughter and I wanted to join some serious camper friends on a camping trip but we dont have any camping gear or a car that can tow. Jane arranged for delivery and pick up of the caravan to the camp site (thank you Lance and Jacqui) which made it all possible for us to go on this trip! We had such a great time made possible by this. Thank you so very much Jane!

    Our holiday was marred with the theft of my car and Jane and co were wonderfully kind and supportive. The van is neat and tidy, all you need. It doesnt pretend to be anything it isnt. Id suggest bringing a kettle, if you like a cuppa. Not much space for your things like most vans so travel light.
