Great Van once again this is our third time and the van is great

We hired a caravan once again recently and honestly couldnt fault the experience. It was delivered on time, had everything fully set up and ready to go, and made the whole process super easy. The van was spotless, well-maintained and had everything we needed for a stress-free trip. At the end, they came and collected it without any hassle at all zero stress from start to finish. Brilliant service, great communication and really convenient. Will absolutely hire again and recommend to anyone looking for an easy caravan hire experience.

We used the van at a friends wedding in Cobram. Kylie and Dave were so accomodating, dropping the van off, setting it up and then packing it down. The air con was amazing as it was a 35 degree day! Bed was comfy enough, van was spacious enough for the 2 of us but I could honestly camp with my 2 kids with this van. The van was clean, in great condition, everything worked as stated. The water and snacks left were a nice treat too. Thank you Kylie and Dave

The caravan was advertised as sleeping 4, which was not accurate. In reality, the van only accommodates 2 adults and 2 small (height) children, and this was not made clear at the time of booking nor was it listed in the advertisement as accommodating only small children in the bunks. If your kids are taller do not even attempt to hire this van. We further note that the advertisement on Camplify has since been updated to reflect the correct sleeping arrangements and now states bunks for "small children" or similar. We paid additional funds for the camper to be set up at the caravan park, but it appears some items within the van were not working or checked when set up, and without a personal handover, we were left with very limited instructions for the remaining features of the van. Due to none or at times limited phone reception in the park, we were unable to report issues as they occurred and had to drive into town to gain phone access. Whilst this is not a reflection on the agent, it must be noted that we were unable to advise accordingly as they occurred. When we were unable to get in touch with the agent, we contacted Camplify to advise of issues that arose so they would be noted. There was no communication from the time of booking and since the payment of the deposit in August until the week before our arrival; where WE asked about the provision of camp chairs provided? (was 4 chairs to be provided? as the photos reflected only 2) While we were advised 4 chairs were to be supplied, we were not informed that they consisted of 2 adult chairs and 2 "very small child" chairs. The agent only contacted us on the day of arrival for the caravan boom gate codes, that was all, they never contacted us for our estimated time of arrival to do a personal handover. No times were scheduled or organised for handover of the van or a time to collect the van from the caravan park. Due to other commitments we had to leave the park earlier than checkout but due to no prior arrangement with the agent we had no idea as to when the agent was attending to collect the van. Once we had left the park and gained phone reception we then found out they were apparently 15 minutes away. However, if this is a regular job they do, it would be expected that timings would be organised more effectively. The lack of communication created unnecessary uncertainty on both parts. In the end, we ended up purchasing new chairs and a swag to accommodate our family. We were fortunate to be within a group of campers who were able to assist us with cooking items which were non working within the van. Had we been on our own, the outcome would likely have been very different. Due to the issues, we encountered with this hire, Camplify has since rectified the situation and compensated us for the inconvenience. Although we were aware that we would be hiring an older van, the details provided were inaccurate and some items were unreliable. Anyone hiring this van should ensure that all items are checked and in working order at handover and not assume that a personal handover is not required, as accountability and communication from the third-party agent is unclear and, in some cases, effectively non-existent.

This was my first experience at hiring a campervan. Kylie had "Ernie" set up for the kids and I upon our very late arrival at a caravan park. My 8- & 10-year-old had plenty of room to relax and the bed was roomy enough for them to share together. Kylie is great & fast with communication and was really helpful. The kids and I made some great memories.
