Holiday went well. Van did everything we needed it to do and had no major issues. We had a minor setback with the vans air conditioning unit, however John was very helpful and understanding. John's communication was good and he was polite and friendly. We would hire this van again.

As first time caravaners our host John was incredidly friendly and helpful, providing us with detailed instructions relating to the Trooper. Our 9 day loop trip from Cairns to Longreach was enjoyable and memorable. The caravan was suited to our needs and easy to tow. John had the Trooper equiped with everything required for a holiday, so all we needed was some linen and our clothes. Regrettably there was an issue with the onboard water pump, which meant we could not stay off grid. As it was our first caravan holiday that did not deter us and we enjoyed the additional comforts at some great van sites. Our trip was so enjoyable that we requested another night extension with John which he arranged for us through Camplify. There were so many memories and friends made, we are keen do do it all again. Highly recommend the Tropic Trooper.

Good set up for a family, towed easy behind the Hilux. Everything on van for the time we had it. Would use again.
