I hired Tony for my Tasmania trip and it truly became part of the adventure. Yes, its not a new vehicle but dont be misled. Its strong, solid, and incredibly reliable. Driving a proper manual through Tasmanias wild landscapes made the whole experience feel more authentic and immersive. Its not just transport; its part of the journey. Despite its age, it offers a surprising level of comfort combined with a real sense of adventure. Id strongly recommend it to anyone comfortable with manual driving who wants more than just a standard rental and is keen to fully embrace the wild. Liam was also fantastic kind, down to earth, and very thoughtful. He prepared everything with great attention to detail and even added an extra blanket after I mentioned I was doing the trip solo and was worried about cold nights. That gesture meant a lot and shows how much he genuinely cares about his guests experience.

Liam is so lovely, Tony is beautiful to drive and was so well equipped for our 8 days in Tassie. An unforgettable experience I would recommend 1000 times. Big love!

Everything was great in terms of Liam's communication and the car was great. I only gave 4 stars for the van description because the air-conditioning didn't seem to work and the rooftop tent was pretty difficult to pack up and didn't align with the awning which Liam told us was because it had only just been set up before our trip. Everything else was great, the car is a bit rough but really feels like an adventure to drive. I would maybe suggest fixing the side mirrors for safety. We had a really great time overall and I would happily recommend taking an adventure with Tony

We had a terrific time with Tony! The van was decked out with everything you'd need, couldn't ask for anything more. The rooftop tent was super comfy and really easy to set up. Despite being overseas, Liam was responsive and helpful throughout. Couldn't recommend highly enough!
