As a Camplify Owner, you agree to the Terms of Service, Owner Rules, and Community Rules. These documents set out your rights, obligations, and the standards expected of all Owners.

Key points to know

  • All hires must go through the Camplify platform. Off-platform hires void your protection and breach the Terms of Service.

  • Your listing must be accurate and up to date.

  • You must complete pre-hire and post-hire checklists for every booking.

  • Cancellation policies apply to both owners and hirers.

  • Camplify can change fees with 30 days' notice.

  • Income reporting to the ATO is mandatory from 2026.

Where to find them

Note: Always check the latest versions of these documents, as they are updated periodically.
