How to list your van: Exploring your dashboard
)
Camplify gives you a toolkit to manage your listing, bookings, and earnings — all from your phone or computer. Once you start a listing, your owner dashboard will become available when you login to Camplify.
Owner Dashboard
Your dashboard is your home base. From here, you can see upcoming bookings, pending requests, messages, earnings, and your listing performance at a glance.
Listings Manager
Edit your listing details, photos, pricing, extras, and availability. You can also manage multiple listings if you have more than one van.
Calendar
View and manage your availability. Block dates, set minimum stay requirements, and see confirmed bookings at a glance. The calendar syncs with your booking confirmations automatically.
Messages
All communication with hirers happens here. You'll receive notifications for new enquiries, booking requests, and messages. You can reply via the app or website, and we recommend having some standard replies ready for common questions.
Earnings
Track your income, view individual booking payouts, and download tax statements. Your earnings dashboard shows a breakdown of hire fees, service fees, extras, and commission deductions for each booking.
The Camplify app
You can create and manage your listing on the desktop, but you must have the Camplify app in order to complete a booking. Make sure you have it downloaded and ready to use.
Pre-Hire and Post-Hire Checklists
Complete these through the Owners App before and after every hire. They're essential for documenting your van's condition and protecting you in the event of a damage claim.
Refer to the Handover Process and Pre & Post Hire Checklists section for more information.
Reviews
View reviews left by hirers and your own reviews of hirers. Your average rating and review count are displayed on your listing and influence your visibility in search results.
