Hiring rules

• 1. The Hirer must allow enough time at the time of collection, for a detailed 4560 minute handover to be completed with the Owner.
• 2. The Hirer must disclose to the Owner the entire itinerary for their planned trip.
• 3. The Hirer must immediately advise the Owner if they change their itinerary at any stage, prior to or during their hire period.
• 4. The Hirer must disclose to the Owner the number of people travelling and staying within the Camper.
• 5. The Hirer must ensure that they have Electric Brakes and Towing Mirrors in use at all times when towing the Camper.
• 6. The Hirer must immediately advise the Owner if there are any faults or concerns with the Camper.
• 7. The Hirer must immediately contact the Qwner if they have any questions or concerns with the Camper.
• 8. The Hirer must not tamper with or attempt to repair any part of the Camper without the prior written approval of the Owner.
• 9. The Hirer must not fill the water tanks with anything other than potable water.
• 10. The Hirer must ensure that they keep the top of the gas cooker open at all times during use and allow to cool prior to closing the glass top.
• 11. There is to be No Smoking in or around the Camper.
• 12. There is a 7 day minimum hire period during school holiday periods.
• 13. Pets are only allowed with the prior approval of the Owner.
• 14. The Hirer must clean the Camper and all items contained within the Camper, prior to its return at the end of the hire period. Failure to do this will result in a cleaning fee to be charged to the Hirer, at the end of the hire period.
• 15. The Hirer must empty and clean the toilet (if applicable). Failure to do this will result in a cleaning fee to be charged to the Hirer, at the end of the hire period.

  It was great to give this camper trailer a trial as we were thinking of purchasing this model. It met all the requirements for a short stay. Large space inside the camper with good size bed ends that extend out. It answered our questions that this model is not for this 50's plus couple.

  The Swan camper trailer was fantastic and fully equipped with heaps of cookware, tableware, utensils etc. for our family holiday with two kids. We had a lot of rain but the camper trailer stayed warm and dry. We opted for the additional awning which kept our outdoor space dry and was quite easy to put up (once we had watched the videos also provided by Angela). Angela and Liam were great to deal with and very responsive to all communication. The handover by Liam was very informative before we left and made things easy once we arrived at our campsite.
