About our van KITCHEN AND DINING - External outdoor kitchen with large sink and 4 burner stove top - External fridge slide with a 95 litre dual zone fridge/freezer - Internal sink and 2 burner stove top SLEEPING - Luxury king size bed - x2 bunk beds, (top bunk is single, lower bunk is a double) BATHROOM - Internal ensuite with shower, toilet and sink - External shower and large ensuite tent OFF-GRID - 240 litre fresh water tanks - 300 watt mounter roof solar panels - 3 x 120 Amp Deep Cycle Batteries - Redarc 2000kw Pure Sinewave inverter - 80 litre grey water tank - Diesel heater ENTERTAINMENT - This van has a bluetooth stereo system with indoor and outdoor speakers - HDTV which can be mounted either inside or outside PETS Your pets are your family, as is ours, so we want you to be able to bring them along on your adventures to enjoy the fun. We do charge a pet fee which will cover and wear and tear, small damages and cleaning. SERVICE FEE This small fee covers gas refills, small damages, and replacement of all consumables items ADDITIONAL EXTRAS - We clean the van for you - $150.00 We will give you a thorough demonstration at the time of pick-up where we will explain the set up and pack up procedures of the van, how to utilise all appliances, toilet cleaning and more. We want you to go away feeling confident and full of knowledge, should you require help while on your trip we are always available to contact. The van will also come with a booklet on how to run everything should you need support.
Hiring rules
- There will be additional fees incurred should you not follow the below requirements
- 1. The toilet must be emptied and clean upon return (chemicals will be provided for this)
- 2. Smoking it not permitted inside the van
- 3. Caravan must be returned clean and tidy and in the condition you attained it in (if you have not opted for the additional cleaning fee)
- 4. The awning must be stored away in high winds and storms to prevent any damages
- 5. Please do not travel above 100km/h, this is for your safety and for the vans. This van is GPS tracked and speed is monitored
- EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA.
- DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- UNSEALED ROADS must be preapproved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
