Trailer runs a polyblock offroad hitch which we supply (see photos). Your vehicle must have a removable tow ball. Please check photos before booking. Portable Wireless Brake Controller available for vehicles not fitted with the system for $20. If unsure feel free to get in touch with me with any questions you may have.

Additional information
The Jayco Swan Outback tows like a dream, has been stocked with all the basics and we make hiring a breeze. We can provide (at an additional charge), a Honda generator, 69L Colman Fridge/Freezer, 109L Esky, BBQ, Gazebo, Aircon unit, Outdoor Tables and Chairs...You name it we can probably get it..
Hiring rules
- We will always ensure that our camper is clean inside and out prior to you hiring. We ask you please return our camper in the same fashion.
- Pets are expected to be well behaved and NOT get on the beds or seats.
- Please keep your dog outside and only allow them in at night to sleep. Feed and water them outside as well.
- Provide your dog with its own bed so it is less likely to want to get on the furniture.
- Please do not leave your animal locked in the van AT ANY TIME if you go out, they must go with you.
- Please consider that the next person to hire this van.
- Please double check with the campsite regarding Pets.
- We expect the camper to be clean, tidy and odour free upon return, we will withhold a cleaning fee of up to $150.00 if we have to clean it for you.
- Any offroad camping must be mentioned and all trips involving red dirt camping and driving need to be very thorough in their cleaning duties. A cleaning fee of $200.00 will be held if we have to clean it for you.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
