Hiring rules
- No smoking
- PLEASE NOTE the van MUST be returned in the same state it was hired out, so therefore if you are unable or just don’t want to please select the cleaning fee option. If returned not the same a $100.00 fee will be charged.
- Hirer must be 23 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
