The caravan is a single axle with a long body 7m in total length 5.4m living space, I will give a basic walk through on how to set up and use if you do not feel comfortable towing the caravan I am happy to discuss delivery and price. It has a queen size bed, fold out bunk that converts part of the lounge to a double bunk. The table folds down and converts into a small single bed. The kitchen has 3 gas burner stove and 1 mains 240v hot plate. Gas oven and grill. 10l hot water system Smart tv with aerial. 95l water tank Mains power A/C. A brand new diesel heater. No smoking in or around the van at anytime please. This little 18 ft caravan is my first caravan that I bought for the family we love our van and I have done many upgrades to it since owning it. There are still more upgrades to do and with the age of the van comes its own personality and uniqueness We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do Also feed back is welcome and I am open to suggestions

Hiring rules

• •Strictly NO SMOKING in or around the van if smoke is detected a cleaning fee will be charged.
• •No offroad driving / beach driving / extended driving on gravel roads.
• •Driving on unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing (in Camplify Messages) before the trip begins.
• •Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises.
• •Vehicle must be returned cleaned or you’ll risk a cleaning fee.
• •Any damage must be reported immediately – who, what, where and when will be required.
• •If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe and call Camplify on 1300 416 133 – they will advise on how to contact roadside assistance. Then call me!
• •Payment of a deposit is required within 48hrs of your booking being approved, otherwise I may cancel it.
• •pickup times may change at anytime
• •drop off strictly 4pm or $50.00P/H late fee will apply

  Very thorough handover with instructional videos if you get stuck. Everything worked and our kids had a great holiday in it.

  We struggled to get the lights on in the van due to issue with batteries. It was not communicated properly how to charge up the solar operated batteries and no appropriate charger was supplied to charge those as batteries were not charging through sunlight. Owner does not accept his fault of not providing a charger/ for faulty batteries. We had to contact him several times which we did not have the time for. Because we were only using the caravan at nights for sleeping we could not enjoy our time. We were not able to use other amenities such as refrigerator as we were told to turn that off. Diesel heater did show the error and by that time we had no capacity to contact owner again to sort the issue. We travelled to Griffith for an event and the network was not very good there and we struggled a lot while contacting the owner. If we were supplied with appropriate charger or efficiently working batteries these issues would not have happened. We feel that owner is trying to claim the damage from us whereas it is us who could not have what we paid for and enjoy our time.

  The Caravan (Ava) was really well set up, clean and as described. Ben was great to talk to as we discussed my booking and delivery options. He was very accommodating and knowledgable. I would definitely book with him again and recommend him.
