Hiring rules

• EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA.
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required with some photos.
• NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Gravel Roads at all times.
• NO Smoking inside.
• CLEANING We will ensure the CV SWAN is clean and tidy for your adventure and we would appreciate you cleaning her when you return. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge. If you don't have time to clean it before return we can do it for you $150.00 (ONLY by arrangement). Cleaning products with ammonia should NOT be used for cleaning.
• UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
• PETS You can take your loving pets with you but NOT allowed inside the CV Swan. Extra cleaning fee and/or damage recovery will apply for any breach.

• Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

  Shan was so helpful - super easy handover and very clear instructions. The van was really clean and tidy and everything worked as expected. It was well stocked if you are staying at a powered site - we were at an unpowered site so took our own stove top kettle and bbq for cooking. Light and easy to tow and roof racks are handy for an extra swag for kids. 5 stars and we would definitely hire with Shan again!

  I had a very late change of plan and needed a van within a couple of days and Shan was brilliant in helping me out at the last minute with his wonderful van. This pop-top is a ripper. Clean, spacious and tows like a dream (I used a 2WD dual cab ute). Has all you need inside and is well equipped with ext cord for power, side awnings, mattress topper and all the cooking/cleaning items required for a hassle free trip. Shan was an excellent communicator and made pick-up and drop off an easy, seamless experience. I thoroughly recommend this van and Shan as an owner.
