Meet ‘Queenie', our majestic Kombi Camper. She's a 1966 Split Screen Kombi who's been royally restored and converted to a stylish motorhome. She comes with all the comforts of modern living (and driving), including a comfy double bed, contemporary kitchenette, under bench fridge/freezer, reverse cycle air conditioning, automatic transmission and a reliable fuel-injected Subaru engine. Queenie is based in beautiful Moreton Bay, just 27km from Brisbane Airport, 38km from Brisbane CBD, a 1hr 10min drive to the golden beaches of the Sunshine Coast and a 1hr 25min drive to the glitz and glamour of the Gold Coast. Queenie is ready to help you explore all that SE Queensland offers, from the beautiful bayside to tropical rainforest and white sand beaches. So what are you waiting for?! Hiring rules

  • NO offroad driving to be driven on bitumen roads only (insurance will be void if the vehicle is driven offroad). Sorry but Queenie cannot go on the Stradbroke Island ferry as she is too low set for their boat ramps.
  • No smoking or drug use inside RV
  • Do not use awning in strong winds
  • Please return tidy (i.e., dishes, glasses and pans to be washed and stowed correctly, all rubbish must be removed. Failure to do so will incur an additional $80.00 cleaning fee.
  • Please return Queenie with a full tank of unleaded petrol (please DO NOT use E10). Failure to do so will incur a $80.00 fee + cost of fuel.
  • Please report all damages immediately. There is a $120.00 fee for loss of keys.
  • Hirers and Drivers must be at least 25 years of age.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Emery gave a great handover and couldn't be more helpful. Van was unreal and fully equiped with everything we needed. Clean and bed comfy. My 18 year granddaughter and I shared memories for a lifetime. Thanks Emery and Queenie. Would recommend camplify to anyone and love to go on another adventure in Queenie

    Queenie is an awesome vintage vehicle , with modern running gear,great to drive, communicating with Emery was really good , extremely helpful,and informative ,camplifies road assistance, worked well coming out to change a tyre promptly,everything was fantastic
