Hiring rules

• 100 km per day per included in the hire and then an extra 0.35 cents per km thereafter.
• If you run into a kerb, pothole or the like you must report the who, what, when and where.
• The awning must not be used if it is windy.
• If the awning is packed away wet, please inform us, you wont be charged for this we just need to know so we can dry it out.
• Any damage to the vehicle must be reported (outside of fair wear and tear) and a $100.00 administrative fee may be charged to process any insurance claims.
• The van needs to be brought back with a full tank of diesel or a $50.00 fee may apply to refuel it, this is on top of the diesel cost itself.
• A reasonable amount of cleaning is included in the hire otherwise a $60.00 per hour fee (minimum) may apply for cleaning, this is on top of any materials needed to clean the van.
• You will be charged for items that go missing during your hire and a $60.00 per hour admin fee (minimum) may be charged on top of the cost of the items themselves.
• No offroading allowed, you will be charged $200.00 per hour minimum for my time on top of the cost of a full mechanical report.
• Any fines will be transferred to the person who books the van and a $100.00 administrative fee will be charged to process the statutory declaration necessary to transfer it.
• Occasionally we may ask if you can pick up the van a day earlier or potentially drop it off a day later. If this is the case, those extra day/s do not count towards the kms included across the hire unless explicitly stated.
• Tolls are not included in the hire and will need to be paid for by the hirer.

• Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

  The Van was great, drove really well (up to Toowoomba) and the bed was very comfortable for 2 (plus dog). This was our first Camplify experience and we highly recommend it. Max was a great host with clear explanations, very friendly and responsive to communications.

  First time hiring van. Easy to drive and very comfortable bed. Videos informative and no issues. (The Campify app though needs improvement).

  I loved travelling around in the Van, but after 2 weeks I did feel that was enough due to it being quite small and cramped inside. In the warmer parts of Queensland it was not a problem, but in the high country with its cold evenings when you didn't spend outside, the Van was restrictive.

  It was a grate time away the van has everything u need in it plus more and max is a genuine good person who will to help u if needed he will to try accommodate u with it
