• To ensure everyone has a fantastic and safe holiday, we have a few important guidelines for motorhome rentals.
• No Smoking Inside: Please refrain from smoking inside the motorhome to keep it fresh for all guests.
• Road Restrictions: The motorhome cannot be used on beaches, gravel, or dirt roads to maintain its condition and your safety. If there is any evidence of extended unsealed roads, beach or offroad use then a $500.00 undercarriage inspection and cleaning fee will apply. This van is brand new and is to be treated with care and respect.
• Pet Policy: A negotiable pet fee applies ($250.00) for up to 1 small dog. This is dependent on their size and level of house training, as we want your pets to enjoy their trip too.
• Toilet Cleaning: The toilet cassette must be emptied, rinsed, and cleaned before return. Failure to do so will incur a $300.00 cleaning fee.
• Van Cleanliness: Our motorhomes are meticulously cleaned before pickup, and we ask that you return it in the same condition. If you're unable to clean the van, you can choose the "clean the van for me" option. A $300.00 cleaning fee will be charged if the van is returned dirty.
• Fuel Policy: The diesel fuel tank should be full upon return. If not, a charge of $2.50 per litre will be applied.
• Children Car Seat: We provide facility of car seat for child over 6 months, preinstalled with $50.00 per day. Detail discussion can be done once the booking is confirmed.
• TV: Please remove the TV from the dock while driving the Motorhome for safety Purposes. Please keep it at safe place to avoid any damage on TV.
• Parking: We have limited space at our premises, so please arrange alternative transportation for your car when picking up and dropping off the motorhome. Saying that we do have street parking facility at owner's risk.
• Daily Kms: Distance Allowance: 200ks per day is included in the hire, averaged over the trip. 5 days = 1000ks. Additional Kms is charged at $0.50/Kms.
• Rear Cabin Seats have 2 Child restraints.
• Engine Lights: Pull over immediately. Accidents Move to a safe area. Preserve the scene and take photos. Call Camplify at 1300 416 133. Damages: Report them immediately to the owner
• Absolutely, safety first! Make sure to turn off the gas bottles before you start driving the Motorhome. It's important for avoiding any potential hazards.
• For the safety and maintenance of the Motorhome, avoid storing hard luggage with steel edge protectors or wheels inside. They can damage the interior or create safety hazards.
• For the safety and longevity of the Motorhome, keep your speed under 100 km/h and avoid offroading. This helps ensure a smooth and safe journey.
• If you use Toll Service, $6.50 per toll will be charged.
• All Fine will be transferred once received to the driver.
• Gas Bottles, Toilet Paper, Kitchen Towel, Tissue Box, , 240V Power Lead, First Aid Kit, Sullage Hose, Drinking Water Hose, Utensils, Cutlery, Cooking Utensils, Teacup, is all included.
• Note: Annex is removed temporarily due to heavy winds and to avoid any damage to the equipment.

  Our trip in this motorhome was fantastic. The handover and support were seamless, and the vehicle was perfect for our twoweek adventure. It drove beautifully and comfortably accommodated our family of five (two adults and three kids). Everything worked exactly as it should. The host was outstandingalways in touch, incredibly helpful, and quick to answer all my random questions. Five stars across the board. I would absolutely hire this motorhome again.

  We had a great time .Neat n tidy campervan and the whole process was smooth. Highly recommend!

  Unfortunately the van was not brand new and as clean as expected after using other caravans in the past that were organised and clean. A few handover instructions were not given that we needed to take our own chrome cast otherwise the tv would not work, so the tv was not accessible for our rental. Plates and cutlery were quite dirty/old so could do with a new set. Plumbing cords for water didn't work during our stay so we just had to use the reserve tank and refill as needed. Overall the cost to hire the van based off the description we thought we were going to receive left us a little disappointed.

  Very very good first time experience, super easy to drive, all amenities very useful to use and easy to operate, super clean camper all round. Host was amazing, prompt and very helpful to communicate with which is always useful to have whilst your away on holiday. Thank you very much, we highly recommend
