Our trip in this motorhome was fantastic. The handover and support were seamless, and the vehicle was perfect for our twoweek adventure. It drove beautifully and comfortably accommodated our family of five (two adults and three kids). Everything worked exactly as it should. The host was outstandingalways in touch, incredibly helpful, and quick to answer all my random questions. Five stars across the board. I would absolutely hire this motorhome again.

Unfortunately the van was not brand new and as clean as expected after using other caravans in the past that were organised and clean. A few handover instructions were not given that we needed to take our own chrome cast otherwise the tv would not work, so the tv was not accessible for our rental. Plates and cutlery were quite dirty/old so could do with a new set. Plumbing cords for water didn't work during our stay so we just had to use the reserve tank and refill as needed. Overall the cost to hire the van based off the description we thought we were going to receive left us a little disappointed.

Very very good first time experience, super easy to drive, all amenities very useful to use and easy to operate, super clean camper all round. Host was amazing, prompt and very helpful to communicate with which is always useful to have whilst your away on holiday. Thank you very much, we highly recommend

We hired this motorhome over a long weekend and were very disappointed with its condition on collection. The fridge contained mould, the cupboards, microwave and shower were dirty, and all surfaces and floors needed a thorough clean. We spent 2.5 hours cleaning before it was usable. The motorhome was also advertised with an awning, but we were only told at pickup that it had been broken for months, leaving us without the outdoor shelter we expected. It was also described as a brand new Winnebago, which was not the reality. That said, whoever hired it after us would have received a pristine, clean motorhome inside and out which is how we should have received it. To the credit of the owner, after our complaint and negotiation for compensation for both the cleaning and the loss of the awning facility, an agreed amount was promptly refunded to us. Side note for future hirers: be aware that the main bed is made up of cushions, which are very hard we suggest bringing a thick mattress topper for comfort. We would also suggest you bring your own cups.

Great motorhome. Everything was functioning as expected. Appreciated the fact that two child seats could be fitted, and windows could be opened with flyscreens. Communication and help was excellent and immediate.
