Hiring rules
- 🆘 EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA. Then call me!
- 🚫 NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads / UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms, and conditions of insurance coverage. If there is any evidence of the van going on unsealed roads without approval then a off road cleaning fee of $300.00 will apply as a minimum to get the undercarriage cleaned and inspected for damage.
- 🚬 No smoking inside the van
- No candles inside the van.
- 🧹CLEANING Please return the van in the same condition it was taken, this includes being as clean on the inside and outside as it was on pickup, with all equipment used cleaned and stored away properly, fridge cleaned and all rubbish removed. A cleaning fee of $100.00 minimum will be charged if the van is not brought back clean.
- 🦍 DAMAGE Please be gentle with the fitout and any delicates such as curtains and awning. Please report any and all damage and we can work together to get to a fair outcome. I take pride in my vans and expect them to be treated well on hire :)
- 🛣️ DISTANCE Please adhere to kilometer allowance 200k per day averaged over the trip. $1.00 per K will be charged for excess K's.
- ⛽ FUEL Tank will be filled with Premium Fuel when you collect the vehicle. Please return the van with a full tank of Premium Petrol Fuel.
- Pets will be considered but please specify breed in the booking message for approval.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

The air-conditioning unit in particular was an absolute lifesaver on those hot, humid nights. It was also really cute the way pedestrians/other drivers would wave or take sneaky photos of the car as we drove along.

Jo 5.0We had a fantastic holiday in Ivy. The bed was cosy, there was lots of room inside, and we were provided with absolutely everything we needed for camping so didnt need to bring anything extra! Had a little technical issue but Dan and Kelly were quick with communication for an easy fix. Thanks guys!! The best part was that everyone who saw her waved and cheered us along, very happy to see such a unique kombie!!
