Air-con, microware do not work on battery or solar! Only work when main power is connected. EMERGENCY - In case of any emergency, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 - they call the NRMA. Then call me! DAMAGE - If damage happens, it must be reported immediately with details: who, what, where and when.
Hiring rules
- 200 Kms Per day allowance, $0.00.1 per extra km.
- Vehicles and any purchased extra items must be returned in a reasonable state of cleanliness, completely free of mud, rubbish.
- If applicable, the toilet and waste water tank must both be returned empty or a $99.00 including GST cleaning fee will be charged to you in respect to each tank.
- A cleaning fee up to $199.00 including GST will be charged if the vehicle is returned in an unreasonable state of cleanliness.
- Any tolls will be paid by hirer.
- Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises.
- Fuel must be return in full.
- No smoking.
- Gas bottles provided are empty, hirer must get full bottle(s) if gas will be needed for the trip.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Rob 1.3Not very good. We were given a different van to the one we booked. The van were given had cardboard stuck on the outside of the fridge vent. Looked bad and wasnt safe. The hose didnt have tap connections. We had no water for the first night. We had to supply our own. All electrics except lights didnt work if not plugged into mains. Explanation of how things worked was rushed and should have included a page or how to.
Nikoletta 4.8Spacious, well appointed and premium. The top bunk was much bigger than typical of motorhomes and the lowering functionality of the other bed was practical. Cliff was very accomodating and responsive with our questions and went over and above to make sure we had a great trip.
