Hiring rules

• We want everyone to enjoy their holiday and try to be as flexible as possible but for everyone's, comfort and safety the following applies:
• No smoking inside
• Not to be used on the beach on gravel or dirt roads
• Pet fee is per pet, negotiable to a maximum of 2 small animals (dogs only) (we wouldn't want your fur babies missing their furry mate) dependent on size and degree of house training.
• Please also be aware the cleaning of toilet includes emptying and rinsing the cassette and cleaning of cassette compartment. Unfortunately if this isn't done then the toilet cleaning fee of $200.00 will be charged
• We ensure our vans are impeccably clean on pick up as our reviews reflect and we request the van be returned clean and tidy. If you can't clean the van for any reason please select the " clean the van for me" option. The majority of our hirers are really awesome and this is not generally an issue, however we have had a few bad experiences so please return the van in a clean and tidy condition otherwise we will have to charge an extra $299.00 cleaning fee.
• Diesel fuel tank to be full on return otherwise charge of $3.50 per litre will be incurred
• As we run the vans from a small premises, there is no space for you to leave your car so please make other arrangements regarding travel to pick up and drop off of Kimmy.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  We really enjoyed our family holiday in Kim, she was clean, comfortable, safe and easy to drive. The van includes all the conveniences to allow you to stop wherever needed and we had no issues.

  From the time we booked the van, Brad gave me a call and we spoke about our holiday then a week before we spoke again to arrange pick up. The handover was a bit load of information, especially for our first time hiring the Winnebago but so informative and Brad said he would be on hand if we needed to call him with any questions. When we picked the van up we had a little present with toys for the kids and wine and crackers for us, it just made our stay even better. The drive was so good and the whole family (Myself and husband, 10,6 and 3 year old) had a great time that we didnt want it to end! The van was clean and had everything we needed for an amazing adventure

  Although we encountered a couple of problems with the camper (battery change) Brad went above and beyond to sort out and ensure we had a good trip. Easy to drive and set up and had everything we needed (washing up stuff/ salt & pepper/ cooking spray/ foil etc). Brad was incredibly quick to respond to any messages and accommodated us changing our drop off which was much appreciated.
