We recently self-converted our 2006 Mitsubishi Rosa into a motorhome using quality materials & furnishings for a glamping experience. The motorhome can sleep 5 inside (more information below) and has 2 child seat anchor points (front facing) The motorhome is licenced to carry 6 passengers but sleeping 6 might be a bit tight, although you could hire one of our "Burke & Wills" swags to experience some nights under the stars *Light Rigid licence is required* *Air conditioning is currently not available while driving or off grid*. (but we have a 12" fan and extra small fans onboard if it gets a bit hot) **Available for pick up/drop off outside business hours and anytime weekends** Prices may be subject to change for bookings 9 months or more in advance. COVID 19 The van is disinfected thoroughly, cleaning supplies and hand wash provided. KITCHEN & DINING • 270 litre fridge with freezer (runs off solar) • Eat dinner inside on our 4 indoor booth style dinner table. Yes, there is on-street parking - we are not liable for any loss or damage of your vehicle. - Can we do a long drive? Yes, We include 200km for each day of hire, after that, I charge 35c per km for vehicle maintenance - Can I pick up the Motorhome the night before the first day of hire? Contact us to discuss options In summary, you only have to bring your clothes and food! Please note that it is important that you can drive manual and have some driving experience since a bus is a bit more challenging than driving a car! Motorhome must be returned full of diesel or a surcharge will apply @$3.00 per litre and a $50 additional service charge.

Even if it appears to be booked out send us a message, you might get lucky! Pet fee is per pet, negotiable to a maximum of 2 small animals, dependent on size and degree of house training. Extra fees will be added if pet/s are not confirmed. EMERGENCY - If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 - they call the NRMA. Then call me! DAMAGE - If damage happens, you must report it immediately - who, what, where and when will be required. Shower recess is NOT for storage NO Smoking inside NO OFF-ROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads UNSEALED roads must be pre-approved in writing in via Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage. LONG TRIPS - 200 km's a day is included in the booking price. You will be charged 35.c per kilometre for additional km travelled over the total allowance. This is calculated within Camplify's pre/post hire checklist. FUEL - Return full of DIESEL - All hires include a full tank upon departure. CLEANING - Clean the equipment and Van inside and out to a reasonable standard. Outback cleaning fee will apply for unapproved off-road use. COOKING GAS - 2x 4.5kg bottles free of charge

200km's per day, any excess will be charged at $0.35 per km

Awning must be packed away in winds over 20kmh and/or heavy rain. Antiflap kit is provided

Items not returned will incur a replacement fee as determined by the owner

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Very good. Wish we could of explored WA more as in town for the week at Rowing. Fridge was super cold and shower perfect for our trips to the beach and in between races. A week wasnt enough time to see everything
