The van is perfect for almost any trip but please be aware that the longer your trip is, the more wear and tear and kms that go on the engine. So the allowance is 200km per day up to a maximum of 1000km per week or up to 2000km for two weeks. Additional mileage will be charged at a cost of 35c per km at the end of the trip. KITCHEN AND DINING - You can cook and eat inside or outside! - Fully fitted kitchen - three gas burner stove + 1 electric. - Extra large fridge + separate freezer. - Powered tap and sink with 120L fresh + 120L grey water tanks. - Cookware, sandwich toaster, wine glasses, plates, bowls, mugs, cutlery, utensils - everything you need all provided, fully equipped kitchen for 6. - Eat dinner inside or out - camping chairs and 2m table provided. - Cleaning - Hand-held hoover, hand wash, cleaning spray, washing up liquid, dustpan/brush + recycling, and waste tubs. SLEEPING - 3 x Queen size beds - sleeps 6. - Linen upon request ($120.00 for 6 people, $60.00 for two people) - Up to 6 pillows, fitted and flat sheets, quilts and towels. STORAGE - Plenty of overhead storage and cupboards. OUTDOORS Includes torches and camping lights. Outdoor floor mat - PLEASE BRING BACK CLEAN. Table and chairs. Games - Bat and Ball, Cards and other popular board games. LOCATION - Pick up in Arundel, 4214 - just 20 mins north of Surfers Paradise. Pick-up after 9am. **Available for pick up/drop off outside business hours and anytime weekends** SERVICE FEE COVERS: Restocking the amenities; Complimentary gas bottles; Toilet tablets; Cleaning products, Washing up products and equipment, Toilet roll, Dustbin bags, Small breakages. Please note that the service fee DOES NOT cover CLEANING. If you do not want to clean and wash the van before returning, then please pre-book our cleaning service for $150.00. It DOES NOT cover emptying the TOILET OR GREY WATER TANK. An additional charge of $150.00 applies. FAQ - - Can I park at your house? Yes, there is plenty of safe street parking. - Can we do a long drive? We include 1000km for up to one week hire, and 2000km for up to two weeks' hire. After that the cost is 35c per km to cover vehicle maintenance.

Hiring rules

• HIRING RULES & CONDITIONS
• MINIMUM HIRE Normally four days but increases to five days minimum during peak season and school holidays.
• AGE RESTRICTIONS Minimum age 28.
• DURATION Same time for pick up and drop back. Pick up and drop off are between 9am and 5pm flexibility available on request.
• EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 and they will transfer you to the NRMA.
• DAMAGE If damage happens, please report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required. Please report all damages no matter how minor. If a minor claim needs to be made, photos will be sent into Camplify upon your return and Camplify organises the details with you.
• LONG TRIPS Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 200km a day with a maximum of up to 1000km included in the normal booking price for up to one week's hire and up to 2000km forup to two week's hire. For example, if you hire the van for three days, your km limit will be 600km. If you hire the van for 11 days your limit will be 1800 km. After 1000km/2000km respectively, the fee is 35 cents per kilometre charged at the completion of the trip through Camplify.
• CLEANING The motorhome is to be THOROUGHLY CLEANED and WASHED and TOILET TO BE EMPTIED AND THOROUGHLY CLEANED. There is an option to prebook cleaning for you for $150.00 but this does NOT include the toilet cassette. A penalty of $150.00 applies to clean the toilet after you.
• Toll fees of up to $20.00 are included in the hire but additional tolls can be deducted at the end of your trip.
• DON'TS
• DO NOT use the awning during windy or rainy weather or bond penalties apply not covered by insurance and it's very expensive. Do not leave the awning down unattended.
• NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads / NO Dirt Track / No car park camping where it's prohibited. Keep to sealed roads only the undercarriage is not covered by the insurance.
• NO smoking in the Motorhome.
• Festivals by prior agreement only.

• PREBOOK your cleaning if you don't want to clean and wash the van yourself.
• FUEL Please return with a full tank of DIESEL or an additional fee of between $130.00 to $200.00 applies. All hires include a full tank upon departure.
• EMPTY the grey water tank before you return.
• Range hood must be used when cooking inside.

  We were a family of four adults and two young children and we had the most wonderful holiday. We spent time in four different locations which made the experience feel like a travelling adventure. Claires van handled the hills easily and for anyone worried about the size, it drove almost like a car. The larger three way powered fridge/freezer and separate van batteries gave us independence if we were off grid. The toilet cartridge system was extremely easy to operate and dump waste. We found the RV to be very fuel efficient which was a bonus. Our experience with Claire was a very positive one. She responded quickly to all our questions and enquires. We found our family time together was a bonding experience. Give it a go!

  We took this van up to warrick for a big motorsport(drifting) event for 4 days and hands down best and smartest thing we have done in a while!!!! The warmth comfort and ease of use of the van was a god send Its like taking home with u. Clair the owner is hands down just a dead set legend!! She is the most down to earth lady ever and She honestly wants u to have the best time possible and will do everything in her power to assure u can!! This van has made us want our own!!!!
