Additional information
A brand-new luxury home on wheels, much fancier than more common brands.. The van sleeps up to 8 in a queen and double beds (both with innerspring mattresses), 2x bunks and the dinette converts to a bed. The bottom bunk can be folded up in to a separate table and lounges- we use this as a "kids zone" where the kids can play away from the dining area- see photos. Also, the rear double bed has a solid door between it and the main room- brilliant for letting people sleep privately, the daytime nap or putting kids to bed early.. Because of the "expanda" design, the van is small and light to tow, but huge inside when folded out Has a huge inside fridge/freezer, much bigger than usual for a caravan, and a separate additional fridge in the outside kitchen, perfect for drinks. 180L water capacity, and battery + solar available for off-grid camping. Van has an outside hot shower, and we can supply a toilet and bathroom tent on request. We include basics like tea, coffee, dishwashing liquid, cooking oil, etc. All pots and cooking equipment, cutlery/crockery for 4-5 people. Charging cables and all the other bits and pieces you always forget. Happy to help out with things like ground mats, or baby fences (for the beds), if you need them.
Hiring rules
- Off road use needs to be approved prior to hiring the van.
- We have young kids ourselves, so are relatively easy going with the van however anything broken is to be replaced at your expense. Pets are ok, so long as you remove any hair, etc, from the van before return.
- Happy to tow the van up to 200km from Newcastle at $2.00/km we tow the van, or other arrangements by negotiation.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
