Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Cindy 4.0Older model but still does the job. Easier to connect with a high back vehicle as jockey wheel sit quite high with offroad tyres. Awning not usable due to missing teeth. Found this out as it unzipped itself. Easy to tow. Quick to put up and down. Fitted double bunks for kids inside pull out. Hard to contact Ray prior to trip.
Faz 4.8Camper: Rented for 1.5months and was great and sturdy - we did some Off-roading with no issues. Lots of space to pack stuff and set up took me (by myself) about 3mins after I got the hang of it (without annex/poles). Pack up about 10mins with my wifes help (tuck in bits and pieces etc is easier with help). Lots of water onboard, good cooking and kitchen facilities. Ray: great chap. Was very helpful and lent us a whole heap of stuff without charge. Good tips were provided and made himself available for any issues we may have had (which we didnt). Will definitely rent again, without hesitation.

Geoff 4.5We had a great time using this van. Ray was super helpful and accommodating. The van had everything we needed for the trip out to Western NSW and handled with ease the significant amount of dirt road driving we did. A few minor issues with the electrics, but Ray lent us another battery which was really useful. The additional room that attaches to the side of the van is fantastic and well worth taking to give you more storage area when you're set up. We also rented his fridge (20 yrs old!) which worked a treat.
