Hiring rules
- ✔️No smoking or vaping in or around the camper trailer or annex.
- ✔️Off Road is allowed at owners approval via Camplify messages
- ✔️Pet hirer must bring their own bed for the pet.
- ✔️Pets are not allowed to sleep on dining sofa or beds
- ✔️Instruction manual is provided to setup the tent
- ✔️Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.
- ✔️Emergency If an accident occurs, get off the road and stay safe. First, call Camplify at 02 4075 2000 for roadside assistance; they will contact the NRMA. After that, please call us.
- ✔️Damage If any damage occurs, please report it immediately with details on who, what, where, and when.
- ✔️Cleaning Return the camper in clean condition. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
