Hiring rules

  • Cleaning: Please return the camper in the same condition it was taken, this includes being as clean on the inside and outside as it was on pickup, with all equipment used cleaned and stored away properly, fridge cleaned and all rubbish removed. A cleaning fee of $120.00 minimum will be charged if the camper is not returned clean.
  • Pets & Festivals: Must be approved in writing prior to hire. Pets must not be left unattended inside the vehicle at any time.
  • No Smoking or drug use inside the van.
  • Approval required prior to hire for offroad, sand driving. No extreme 4WD tracks.
  • Awning must be packed down in windy conditions to avoid damage
  • The camper has an AirTag in case it is stolen (not for tracking purposes)
  • Emergencies: If an accident or emergency occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA. Then call us.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
