Hiring rules
- EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA.
- DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where, and when will be required.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Harriet 5.0Bruce was absolutely brilliant from the start. Excellent communication and really friendly and helpful. The van was fabulous for our needs and made our off road camping holiday very easy. The bed in the van was delightfully comfortable and we had a great base for a long weekend away. One night it rained and another it was incredibly windy, and we remained warm, dry, and predominantly in disturbed in our little oasis. Highly recommend Bruce and his TVan.
