Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Jonathan 1.0Be aware of hiring any van from Michael. We hired this van for a trip to Darwin, Kakadu and surrounding areas, first night we struggled to get the air-con going, second night was the same, it worked for 3nights at Katherine, when we got to Kakadu, air-con did not work, it was 37degrees and humid. Michael told us that there was a mechanic in Darwin that will have a look at the air-con, 3 nights of unbearable temps is not what I would call a good start to a holiday. Mechanic got the Air-con working for another 3 nights then it went again, my wife got very sick with heat exhaustion and very nearly ended up in hospital, we had to hire a cabin for the remaining week while in Darwin. The purpose of hiring a van with Air-conditioning was we were headed to Darwin which at the time of year was 35 degrees and high humidity. Air-con mechanic said that the air-con unit had not been serviced for some time. Michael is unsympathetic about the whole deal. DO NOT HIRE!
