Hiring rules
- Please provide details of your accommodation bookings for your holiday
- Sealed roads only (no offroad use)
- Towing mirrors to be used
- Minimum hire during school holidays is 4 nights/5 days
- The caravan must be returned clean and in the condition it was received ($150.00 cleaning fees will apply if van isn't clean) This includes, wiping down all surfaces of dust, washing all linen including mattress protectors, cleaning the fridge, floors to be swept and mopped. Oven, stove top and grill to be clean.
- Please put awning down in windy/storm conditions
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Beverley 4.5Simon responds quickly to messages, he was quite thorough during handover of the caravan. We did miss understanding that the caravan will work off power supply as only the fridge and lights worked and 12v charge to charge phones and with 2 teenagers recharging devices took a long time. The caravan was comfortable and had some supplies ready to use. The only downside to the caravan was that both gas bottles were out within 3 days of hiring the van so we had to replace one and the toilet flush button only worked now and then. The caravan was easy to tow and set up/pack up.
