Hiring rules
- * Strictly No smoking in or around the caravan please.
- * No dirt tracks, heavy corrugation or red dust without owner approval.
- * The van must be returned in the same condition as when it was picked up.
- * Toilet to be emptied and cleaned thoroughly or else charges apply.
- * Report all damage no matter how small.
- * Min hire charges apply at peak periods.
- *Hired must be 25 years of age or older.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Shuyi 5.0Carol is nice peole. The handover with him was very reassuring, and the vehicle had basic cutlery and pots and pans, as well as enlarged mirrors and all other amenities (which we didn't fully experience). Surprisingly four days before we used the vehicle, he told me that the caravan had been hit and needed to be repaired, and that he had found a place to do so so that we could use it. He was doing every detail he could to make things right, and communicating with him was helpful.
