Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Ryan 4.5A great van, perfect for my two kids and I to sneak away for a long weekend. Fil was great to communicate with a super friendly.
Gavin 5.0We had the best time in Frankie, very well equiped with everything you need. Beds were comfortable, it towed great, easy to setup / pack down. The extras like games and air fryer came in handy and Fil was super easy to deal with.
