DELIVERY / SET-UP OPTION: We offer deliveries up to 100km's from Barham. The charge for this service is $1.00 per Km. The delivery distance is calculated for drop off and pick up. For example if the drop is 100km's away then the fee will be 2 X 100km's = $200.00. Delivery is dependent on availability. SERVICE FEE: The service fee includes the gas and a standard pre-handover clean. The service fee DOES NOT cover sand, salt or beach & mud. WHAT DOES THE BOOKING FEE COVER? The Camplify booking fee covers important things like insurance, nationwide roadside assistance, 24 hour customer helpline, $300.000 emergency accommodation protection, third party management of bond and transaction fees. The booking fee is not negotiable. INSURANCE: The caravan is comprehensively insured. The minimum age to tow the camper is 25. Hiring Rules Must be 25 or over

- Hirer must empty toilet before returning.
- No smoking in or around the caravan
- Deposit to be paid within 48 hrs of booking approval
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
