DELIVERY / SET-UP OPTION: We offer deliveries up to 100km's from Barham. The charge for this service is $1.50 per Km. The delivery distance is calculated for drop off and pick up. For example if the drop is 100km's away then the fee will be 2 X 100km's = $200.00. Delivery is dependent on availability. SERVICE FEE: The service fee includes the gas and a standard pre-handover clean. The service fee DOES NOT cover sand, salt or beach & mud. WHAT DOES THE BOOKING FEE COVER? The Camplify booking fee covers important things like insurance, nationwide roadside assistance, 24 hour customer helpline, $300.000 emergency accommodation protection, third party management of bond and transaction fees. The booking fee is not negotiable. INSURANCE: The caravan is comprehensively insured. The minimum age to tow the camper is 25. Hiring Rules Must be 25 or over

  • Deposit to be paid within 48 hrs of booking approval

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    This van very much suited our needs. Beds were comfortable and having a heater was a bonus in the weather we experienced. Michael was fantastic to deal with and provided all the information we needed. The delivery, setup and pickup was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend hiring a van from Michael, and we will again. Thankyou Michael.

    The Cravan was clean and tidy when I picked it up. Michael was warm and welcoming and explained everything to me and showed me where everything was and made sure I understand everything. he also made sure that I had his mobile and told me if I have any problems to call him at any time. The caravan was easy to hook up and towed really well. My family and I enjoyed our holiday with the caravan as it was a well appointed caravan and was easy to clean. I was happy with the hire of the caravan and would recommend to anyone. Regards Neil O'Sullivan
