Special towing information
These are the requirements to tow our van with your vehicle. Experienced driver with towing experience. Open licences with min 2 years driving. Red Anderson plug, grey Anderson plug, 12 pin caravan plug, in car trailer brake controller, tow rating of 3.5 t or more, extendable or temp wide view mirrors, 50 mm square hitch receiver for our stone stomper attachment. It also has a rear mounted camera if you have this installed on your car. All off road routes to be discussed and approved before accepting booking.

Additional information
If you require us to fill the 270 litre freshwater tanks before we deliver it will cost $50.00. Usually only for off grid camping. Our linen price is $50.00 which includes, sheets, quilts, pillows, bath and kitchen towels. Raised Fire pit, axe and fire wood available during non fire ban times for $30.00. Generator supplied with empty Jerry can. No cost. Can fill for $50.00. Diesel supplied for heater. No cost. Camp table and camp chairs available, no cost. Side and rear Privacy screens and ground Matt for awning available, no cost. Awning has full length clothes line. Additional collapsing one available, no cost. Broom, dust pan and brush provided. Privacy screen in hallway so bunks are nice and dark. New gas cooktop installed recently. Our smart TV requires a mobile modem to access online channels but also has a tv antenna on the van for free to air. It also has a dvd player on the side of the tv and we include a pack of kids dvds for their viewing pleasure and peace and quite for you!
Hiring rules
- Our vans rules.
- No deep frying inside. No smoking/ vaping inside.
- No bore water to be hooked up to the van, only mains supply or fresh rain water.
- Off road bookings to be assessed individually on routes taken and experience of hirer.
- Please note that the delivery fee is for one way and the return pick up is charged at the same rate.
- Please ensure the toilet cassette is emptied and rinsed before the end of hire period otherwise a fee of $150.00 will be applied for us to dump your dumped.
- If your are off grid the grey water tank will have to be emptied at a dump point as well.
- If you are bringing a BBQ there is a gas hose with a bayonet fitting provided to use from the vans LPG gas supply. DONT USE THE BBQ UNDER THE AWNING PLEASE.
- If you have starlink there is an extension pole with hose clamps for better reception.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
