Hiring rules

EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA.
DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
Width the caravan is wider than the average tow vehicle and as such, you will require towing mirrors
NO Beach Driving
NO Smoking inside
Awning must be put away at night.
CLEANING Return the van in clean condition. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
The toilet MUST be empty and cleaned prior to returning or additional $100.00 cleaning fee will incur.
The awning MUST be retracted in windy conditions or if van is going to be left unattended.
This caravan is equipped with realtime Satellite Tracking technology.

Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $150.00 per day
Service fee: $60.00
Delivery fee: $1.00 per km

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
