Hiring rules

• To keep the caravan in excellent condition for all guests and ensure a smooth, safe hire, please read and follow the rules below.
• 1. Towing Requirements
• • You must provide towvehicle details before approval
• • Vehicle must have the required braked towing capacity
• • Must have an electric brake controller (or use Elecbrakes if arranged)
• • Requires a DO35 hitch receiver (adaptor can be arranged if needed)
• • Prior towing experience preferred
• • Tow at safe speeds and follow WA towing laws
• • Only approved drivers may tow the caravan
• 2. OffRoad & RoadType Limits
• This caravan is offroad capable, but not for extreme offroad routes.
• Allowed:
• • Sealed roads
• • Gravel roads
• • Wellmaintained dirt tracks (if approved)
• • National parks (if approved)
• • Regional WA touring (if approved)
• Not allowed:
• • 4WDonly tracks
• • Beach sand
• • Deep ruts or rock crawling
• • River crossings
• • Any track unsuitable for a standard offroad caravan
• Unauthorised offroad use may incur recovery and damage costs.
• 3. Weight, Loading & Safety
• • Do not exceed the caravan’s payload
• • Keep heavy items low and secured
• • Do not overload the front tunnel boot or tool box
• • Maintain safe towball weight
• • Report any issues (noises, damage, tyre concerns) immediately
• 4. Cleaning & Return Condition
• Interior Cleaning
• The caravan must be returned in the same clean condition as on pickup (We recommend taking a detailed video/pictures inside and out before AND after the rental).
• If additional cleaning is required:
• • $100.00 inconvenience fee + $55.00 per hour cleaning labour
• Please ensure:
• • All rubbish removed
• • Fridge emptied
• • Surfaces wiped
• • Spills cleaned
• • Excess sand/dirt swept
• • Bathroom area tidy
• Exterior Cleaning
• You do not need to return the exterior spotless — we clean the outside
• However:
• • Heavy mud, clay or excess dirt will incur additional fees
• • Red dirt/dust contamination = $300.00 specialised cleaning fee
• This reflects the real cost of reddirt removal and protecting the ceramic coating.
• For reference a professional caravan detailer would charge:
• • Full professional detail: from $800.00
• • With red dirt: from $1,100.00
• • Detailing takes 6–9 hours
• 5. Toilet & Grey Water Requirements
• Grey Water Tank
• • Emptying is optional
• • If you would like us to empty the tank: $50.00 fee
• Toilet Cassette
• • The toilet MUST be emptied and rinsed before return
• • If it is not emptied/cleaned, a $200.00 service fee applies
• This covers sanitisation, handling, chemicals, and safe disposal.
• 6. Cleaning Product Restrictions
• This caravan has a ceramiccoated exterior.
• To protect the finish:
• • Pressure washers must NOT be used
• • Only approved caravansafe cleaners may be used
• • A safe exterior cleaner is supplied for your convenience
• • Do not use harsh chemicals, bleach, abrasive pads or solvent cleaners
• 7. Pets
• • Pets allowed with prior approval
• • Must not be left unattended inside the caravan
• • Fur, stains or damage will incur cleaning or repair fees
• • Pets must not sleep on the bed or couch
• 8. Smoking / Vaping
• • Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the caravan
• • Outdoor smoking permitted away from windows and doors
• 9. Damage, Accidents & Breakages
• • Please report any damage immediately
• • Tyre punctures and blowouts are the renter’s responsibility
• • Wind, awning or door damage caused by misuse may incur repair costs
• • Damage due to incorrect towing, overloading or unauthorised offroad use will be charged
• • Lost accessories (chocks, hoses, hitch lock, etc.) incur replacement fees
• 10. Included Accessories
• The caravan comes with:

• • Wheel chocks
• • Towhitch lock
• • Levelling ramps
• • Toilet chemicals (starter pack)
• Please ensure all items are returned.
• 12. Emergencies
• In case of emergency:
• • Stop immediately
• • Contact us as soon as safe
• • Call roadside assistance if needed
• • Follow insurance instructions before moving the caravan
• **We recommend you take a short video/pics upon pickup and drop off of the van (Inside, outside, and underneath for your refence and record keeping purposes**
