Jayco Expanda Outback model, in immaculate condition and ready to take your family on unforgettable adventures! - Sleeps up to 6 with one queen bed, one double bed, and two bunks. - Fully equipped kitchen, including kitchenware, basic pantry essentials, and cutlery for 6. - Ideal for off-grid camping, featuring solar panels, 180L of drinking water, an indoor shower, outdoor shower, toilet, instant hot water, gas stove, oven, and fridge. - For powered sites, simply connect to mains water (hose provided) and 240V power (15A cable included). Heater, air conditioning, and microwave are available when using 240V power. - Easy and safe to tow! Special towing information

Our caravan is fully loaded ready to go weights just below 2.5T so your towing vehicle has to be capable of towing such a load The caravan has a weight distribution system installed which makes it super stable and safe to tow. The system eliminates the swag in your car, enabling vehicles with the stock suspension to tow this van. I will be providing the weight distribution hitch kit (free of charge) and will teach you how to use it. It's super easy.

Hiring rules

  • Camping Equipment and Setup:
  • Hirers are expected to provide and use their own camping items, such as chairs, tables, mats, etc. We may be able to assist with specific items upon request.
  • The awning must be packed away before bad weather or strong winds. We recommend retracting it every night and whenever the wind picks up, as awnings are delicate and costly to repair.
  • Caravan Use and Cleanliness:
  • No smoking is allowed inside or near the caravan.
  • No parties or festivals are permitted.
  • The caravan must be returned with the interior cleaned to avoid additional fees.
  • Exterior cleaning is not required.
  • "Clean the van for me" does not include the toilet or bathroom areas; these must be
  • cleaned by the hirer.
  • Hirers must empty the toilet cassette before returning the caravan, even if cleaning is
  • requested. Failure to do so will result in an additional $250.00 fee.
  • Restrictions:
  • No pets allowed.
  • No festival use is permitted.
  • Hirers must be at least 30 years old.
  • PickUp, DropOff, and Booking:
  • Please coordinate pickup and dropoff times in advance and include comments in your booking request.
  • Pickups or returns on dates outside of the booking period are not allowed. If you need the caravan earlier, please extend your booking by an additional day—no exceptions.
  • Towing and Vehicle Requirements:
  • The minimum towvehicle requirement is a towing capacity of 2.5 tons (braked).
  • Please ensure your vehicle meets this specification.
  • A brake controller can be supplied for an additional $60.00.
  • Hirer must be 30 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
