Special towing information
Tow Vehicle must be able to tow 3.5 tonnes - No Exceptions. The Caravan is an offRoad trailer and as such sits quite high. I can supply a hitch riser HOWEVER I CANNOT GUARANTEE that they will fit each AND every designed car. There has been some instances where European cars such as Volkswagen, BMW have non standard tow bar sizes and styles. In this instance you will be responsible for organising an appropriate hitch/tow bar prior to arrival. There has only been one instance of this occurring for reference but it is possible. In addition -cheap towing mirrors can be provided- they are not great but function. You may wish to pursue a set for yourself prior to arrival.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
