Our Van is a 2018 model premium Australian made caravan. It has all the modern amenities for a fantastic trip no matter the weather. It has a 215L compressor fridge to keep more than enough food and drinks icy cold. The van is fully equipped with everything you need and the pantry is stocked with plenty of staples for your use. There is a slide out Webber Q with roasting racks and pizza stone for plenty of cooking options. Inside there is a gas stove and oven as well. There is also an Air Fryer in the van. Camp chairs table and extra outdoor pantry are included as well. There is large rollout awning for plenty of protection from the elements. Outside hot/cold shower is great for a quick rinse and there is a 4.5kg washing machine to keep on top of the kids clothes. We also have a Kings Big Daddy Double Swag available ( please select as Gazebo in options) if required accounting for two external berths.

Additional information

We will supply the correct chemicals for toilet and washing machine for the length of your stay Triple bunks are comfortable and can accommodate up to 6ft. Bunks are also very safe for young kids as they are partially enclosed and make for a very safe and sound nights sleep cocooned in their own cubby hole with light and power available in each bunk. Please note there is absolutley no smoking of any kind or zinc cream to be worn in the caravan a cleaning fee of $250.00 will applay if any evidence is found.

Hiring rules

We may request a minimum of up to 7 nights booking during school holidays.
We give you the option of selfcleaning the van and the chemical toilet. Most hirers tend to selfclean (cleaning materials & products provided). If you prefer us to clean then select the cleaning option upon booking. It’s under extra product options. If the van is not returned clean then a fee will be applied.
We will deliver the van up to 200km from Newcastle. We have set delivery fees that include delivery and pick up, set up and pack down of the van as well as a full handover of the caravan (particularly if this is your first time using a caravan). Set prices for popular destinations are as follows and are indicative of travel time taken to takes complete the service.

The van does not come with bed linen and pillows (but mattress protectors are provided on each bed). We can provide a linen package for a fee. If you would like linen please select this option under extra product options.
Please report all damages no matter how small and we ask that you keep the van in a tidy condition. No smoking.
You are welcome to view the van prior to hiring to check suitability for you.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $130.00 per day
Service fee: $55.00
Delivery fee: $2.00 per km

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

An excellent van and owner! Ben was an amazing communicator from the first enquiry. The van is comfortable and provided us with enough room for a family of four. Large fridge and air fryer was a bonus! Kids loved the cubby type bunks and the addition of their own light. Thanks again
