Special towing information

If you need a portable brake controller, please select it as an optional extra. This caravan does require a 3500kg towing capacity DELIVERY OPTION: We can tow the van up to 200kms away from McDowall for you. The cost is $2 per km. The total distance is for the return trip. For example, if your destination is 100kms away, then the cost would be $400. The fee includes transport, set up and pack up of the van at your chosen destination. Please note that delivery is subject to availability and a minimum charge.

No Towing the Caravan on the beach or corrugated unsealed roads
No smoking or Vaping inside the caravan
No Pets
Delivery is based on Owner availability
Please return caravan cleaned, in the same condition it was provided in. Additional fees may be charged if returned dirty. (see optional extras if you wish to pay for cleaning)
Toilet must be emptied prior to return or a cleaning fee of $119.00 will apply
Rescheduling of hire will NOT be accepted within 48 hrs of hire date

Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $155.00 per day
Service fee: $85.00
Delivery fee: $2.00 per km

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

We hired this van for just over two weeks over Christmas/New Years and the entire experience was absolutely fantastic. Everything was spotless, comfortable and ready to go; which made it incredibly easy to settle in and start relaxing straight away. Communication with Rebecca was perfect; clear, friendly and prompt, which made the whole process even more enjoyable. All we needed to bring were our pillows and clothes; everything else was already taken care of. A truly stressfree, positive experience from start to finish. Highly recommend and would happily book again.
