Additional information
Delivery Fee is a fixed rate depending on the area requested. We deliver as far as Hawks Nest, Nelsons Bay, Stroud & Dungog. Our fee includes the van setup on arrival, hand over information & we pick up on your departure date for return. Please inquire within & see if we can deliver to your destination otherwise your welcome to pick our caravan up. Our location is less then 5 mins off the pacific highway on the buckets way, twelve mile creek at Limeburners Creek 2324. Electric Brake unit & extended mirrors are to be used during the hire, unless you have your own there will be no need to hire these from us. We do supply mattress protectors, floor rugs, hand towels, Shower mat, tea towels, & cleaning products. Please send us a message for more information if needed. There is an excess to be paid by the hirer if something was to happen while on hire. Our insurance is with Camplify.
Hiring rules
- ~ No Pets
- ~ No Smoking inside the caravan
- ~ Awning MUST be brought in during high winds/ extreme weather conditions.
- ~ No adults on Upper bunk
- ~ Caravan must be in the same condition as when it went out hired on return or observe the extra products cleaning fee ($150.00)
- Please empty bins & toilet at a dump point
- Please read over the cancellation policy
- Please drive carefully, remember you have a caravan behind you.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
