IMPORTANT USAGE GUIDELINES: Cooking: Cooking inside the caravan is prohibited. However, using a billy on the stove top is acceptable, as is making toast in a toaster. Off-Grid Notification: Please inform us in advance if you plan to go off-grid during your rental period. This allows us to ensure the van is properly prepared for off-grid conditions. Delivery Policy for Short Stays: For stays of two nights, delivery service is unavailable. Pick-up arrangements must be made instead. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES: Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the caravan and within its immediate vicinity. Pets: Pets are not allowed inside the caravan. Off-Road Towing: Towing the caravan off-road is not permitted. Sand Towing: Towing the caravan on sandy terrain is also prohibited. Delivery Restrictions: Please note that delivery service is not available for stays lasting two nights. Pick-up arrangements must be arranged instead.

Hiring rules

• Van to be returned clean and in the same condition as the van was picked up in (we will charge you an extra cleaning charge if the van is not cleaned properly)
• * If the van is not returned clean, you will be charged the cleaning fee specified in the ‘extra products’
• * If the toilet and toilette cassette are not returned clean, you will be charged a cleaning fee of $300.00
• * Pick up time: after 8am (unless otherwise agreed)
• * Drop off time: prior to 3pm (unless otherwise agreed)
• * Pets will be considered on a case by case basis
• * Pet fee will be charged per pet per night
• * No smoking allowed in or around the caravan
• * Van is not allowed to be towed offroad, on unsealed roads or gazetted roads
• * Minimum 3 day bookings during school holidays
• * Minimum 2 day bookings during off peak periods No Delivery for 2 night stay pick up only
• * Excess mileage charge applies over 200km per day of $40.00 per 100km (eg 2000km for 10 days)
• * Van can be delivered to your camp site and set up for a fee depending on our availability
• *All interstate travel booking requests will be considered on a case by case basis depending on your travel route,

  We hired Joy for 12 days. The bed, super comfy and everything worked as it should. We did have a small issue with the strut arm of the bed however it didnt affect the use of the bed. Owners great to deal with and handover was seamless. Thanks for allowing us the use of your van guys!

  We rented Joy the Jayco, and the whole experience was just that, "Joy" Paul was amazing and easy to deal with, pick up and drop off was easy and Paul was more than accomodating with times for pick up and drop off etc. The van was simply perfect, everything worked first go. It was 10/10 from us. We will for sure be hiring from you again Paul.
