Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Brendan 4.8Caravan suited our needs, its an older unit but was fine
Angela 3.3The holiday was great, the van was comfortable. We had a bit of problems with it from the start with it blowing the fuses in our car several times. Some parts of van were aged, with rust. Pots pans, cups and drawers dirty with mould. The shower door waa broken so we had to take it off the hinges to use. Other accessories were good like lights, tables, and cupboard space. We did the best we could with it off the grid. Terry was very helpful at times with troubleshoot on hot water and the pop top not coming down.
Leanne 5.0The van was great, everything we needed. Terry delivered to our house and picked it up. Worked out well for extra family over Xmas. Would definitely recommend Sheppos van.
